If you are not satisfied with GIANI™ granite paints for any reason and you have purchased the product in our store or via our BrushOnGranite Website, send unused portion along with your receipt to:

Brush On Granite will refund you the entire purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling. 

Since we do not have control over surface preparation or application, this Warranty does not include cost of labor for application of coating when we sell the DIY Kit and excludes any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion contained in the above warranty may not apply to you. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.  . GIANI’s™ sponge applicator is designed specifically to achieve the optimal granite finish.  Failure to use this may void the Warranty.
